Our team was tasked with designing the UX/UI for the Kia Retail and Kia Konfidence websites nationwide, creating a sleek and modern website that highlighted Kia's rebrand and improved search and filter functionality for new and used car sales.
The primary challenge was to design a user-friendly and visually appealing website that would help users find the information they needed quickly and easily. Additionally, we had to create a seamless experience for users to search for new and used cars, with an intuitive search and filter functionality.
Our team's user-centered design approach for the Kia Retail and Kia Konfidence websites led to impressive results. We conducted extensive research to understand user needs and pain points, resulting in a user-friendly search and filter interface that displayed visually appealing results.
We designed the websites with a consistent visual identity using Kia's branding guidelines and optimised for mobile devices, while creating a backend dashboard for easy inventory management and valuable data and analytics.
Our approach improved the user experience, increased website traffic and engagement, and enhanced Kia's online presence. The website met the needs and expectations of Kia's customers while delivering valuable results for the brand.

The Kia website's user experience is enhanced through a mega-menu that efficiently organises collections, enabling quick navigation. Users easily locate desired items without extensive page browsing.
Through thorough research, we redesigned the search filter with a horizontal layout, improving user experience by keeping important filters visible and accessible, particularly on mobile. Our intuitive interface played a crucial role in the relaunch's success, driven by insights into user behaviour and preferences, prioritising key filters for a seamless experience, ultimately boosting conversion rates and satisfaction.
Our tool estimates monthly payments based on salary and financing, empowering informed decisions. It streamlines purchasing by swiftly providing instant estimates, saving time and enhancing conversions. This feature fosters user trust, boosting brand confidence and encouraging referrals for online business success.
The backend dashboard serves as the central hub for all KIA retailers nationwide, offering a unified platform for storing, updating, and adding information. This streamlined system enables KIA retailers to efficiently manage stock, monitor availability, access analytics, and consolidate all aspects of the KIA brand in one convenient location.
By providing a comprehensive home for KIA-related data and operations, the backend dashboard empowers retailers to optimise their inventory management processes, enhance customer service, and drive business growth while ensuring consistency and coherence across the KIA network.
